Default 2005 CDI Acceleration Issues

Bought this CPO about 400 miles ago. Day of delivery, drove away and car was very sluggish, it wanted to shift through gears quickly w/ no acceleration. Bought it back to dealer, shut car off and waited 10 minutes for tech. Tech came out, started car, and no issues. Car flew like it should. Yesterday, drove on a 100 mile trip, and after stopping in a toll plaza, went to accelerate and same thing. No acceleration. Today, drove 100 mile trip again, had to do a "kick down" to pass a slow car, and the problem resurfaced. Pulled off to side of road, shut engine down, waited 30 seconds, restarted, and car was flying again. Anyone have a similiar issue and how was it resolved. It's going in for service and dio this week. Could use some feedback for dealer.

Going to dealer as it's under CPO warranty. Appreciate the advice and will pass this along. I'll post outcome in a few days.
