Default 2004 E500 Power Steer not working

My lovely nightmare 2004 E500 armored B4 power steering stopped working this noon. This morning I was driving it and thought giving thank u to the Lord that it hasn´t give me any trouble in about 2 months ... then after a couple hours of happyness power steering is death. It leaked all the fluid somewhere under the pump. My question is: can I drive it to the dealer or should I call a towing truck in order to not damage the power steering pump? Please help.

Check first what hose or fitting let go.The pump to res. seal is only 2bucks if it needs to be replaced.

The local dealer charged me $60.00 for spares and fluid. Labor was "free". Is there any hidden cause for this hose to fail at just 69k miles?
