Right side headlight burned out, replaced bulb and had no light. In order to check bulb/power to plug, swapped new bulb to left side and currently working old bulb to right side, turned the switch and the right side blew instantly. Used multi-meter to check voltage on each side: left reads 12v, right reads .25v.

Fuses under hood and left-side dash are good.

What am I missing here?
