Default 2000 E320 Approaching 100K Miles...

What major maintenance issues should I take care of now?

I just bought the car and changed the oil and brake pads.

What else should I change?

Shaun...Shaun...Shaun. Get you a maintenance manual, or use the search function on this site to get that information. If you're approaching 100K then most things at least need to be checked. If you didn't personally replace or have replaced that which may need to replaced, chances are they need to be replaced. Happy Benz'n.

Hi,
It all depends on the vehicles previous service history.
If carried out by main dealer at correct intervals then the ASSYST read out on the cluster should advise what and when next service is required. What does this advise?
If the vehicle has a dubious history or non main dealer (i.e. ASSYST not updated) you need to confirm that everything is OK by an appropriate check if you are looking for trouble free motoring.
A comprehensive check list is too long to list here.
