My cars power antenna and head rests have stopped working, I'm wondering if this could be a related problem or is it possible for both of these items to malfunction at the same time. I could see one head rest breaking, but they both stopped the same day. Please help, any advice would be great.

I suggest checking the fuse box first. In my 92 E300 the fuse is "C" which is green. This fuse is for the automatic antenna and the control unit for seats adjustments along with others. It could be the one. This is the cheapest solution and you can do it your self.
