Hi,
I have purchased a E320 1994 with 94K miles on it, I have had it for 6 months, and the only major problem is that some times you have to give it a little gas when you start it. It is my first Mercedes, and my first car. I am a college student, so I don't have funds to take my car to the local dealer. What it is doing is, there is a flapping sound, very similar to a wheel of fortune coming from the back part of the engine, as if it was behind the dash board. I had a mechanic -- family friend -- looking at it and he said that the engine is burning oil. Would that explain the weird noise? And what can I do about the burning oil part?
