I forget exactly how the panels come off those, but I know that the trim around the handle comes off and there is a 10mm bolt in there, the is a phillips screw around the striker, the door lock **** screws out, and you pull the panel UP and out, just out will break all the clips. I can look at my wagon next week (its locked in the shop for the weekend) and get you a better answer.

The starting problem sounds more like a flood than a choke out. try holding the pedal to the floor while cranking. Also take a listen to the injectors with a stethescope (or a long screwdriver). They should make a high pitched screaming/singing/whistling noise with a faint, fast ticking. If they make a graveling noise or a slow tick they are leaky and need to be replaced. I usually would recommend replacing all 6 at once, but it is kind of expensive to do that.

Also, where are you in MN? I'm in the twin cities and do a bit of cash work at home.
