I recently bought a Mercedes 190e and I was doing some research about the model and found out some of them had a 16v cosworth engine in them (the 2.3 and 2.5) the car I bought has the 2.3 engine in it but I'm not sure how to find out if the engine is the 16v cosworth or not a lot of things that the previous owner told me about the car performance wise lead me to believe that it is the 16v but how would I find out for sure and I should note that the obvious soloution of looking for badging on the head cover already occurred to me and there is not badging whatsoever on it.
