i want to import cls500 used from a certified merc dealer; around 28km and form $63,000us
i want to know if it's worth it and does any body know the procedure

What model year are you looking at. I just purchased my car last month and spent some time searching U.S. inventory. My conclusion was that, after considering the exchange, duty and transport costs, it was far more advantageous to buy in Canada. The other thing to keep in mind is that when it comes time to sell the car or trade it in, you may find buyer resistance to purchase a U.S. vehicle. I have purchased three cars from south of the border over the years, but the discount and the exchange were much better than is the case currently.
