service schedule for CLK 320?
anyone know where i could find out whats required for a 90,000 mile service for a year 2000 CLK 320 elegance (tiptronic) as i am going to use a non-merc dealer for its service. it has got full history up to now but no details of what work has been done on the car in previous services.
I'll look it up to be exact, but for the most part the "service B" includes counting all the faults in the computer, changing the spark plugs, fan belt, hoses, filters, and fluids. You should get out for under $3000.
I'm glad someone else in here has a worn-out clk like me, I'm getting the impression that the shops aren't very familiar with the cars yet. I mean, I started having serious problems with mine after 1500 running hours, and in most cases they find the problem on the third try. I drive it alot, so I'm probably having these problems before most of the other clks. I'm hoping that as the clks become older, the shops will get better at diagnosing them, because I can't always find find the problem.

Press button [A] for three seconds untill the message "DO YOU WANT TO RESET THE SERVICE INTERVAL? CONFIRM BY PRESSING THE R BUTTON" APPEARS in the odometer display.
