I saw in an earlier post that the 2005+ car radios have the option of using a patch cord to allow the use of an MP3 player through the Aux setting on the radio. Is there a way -- maybe not as easy -- to use it through the older versions? I do not use the phone in the car at all and I rarely use the cassette player (and it is hard to use the MP3 player cassette converter due to the cord and the closing screen). I have been using a radio transmitter but was wondering if someone was smart enough to figure out another alternative. Maybe connected to the cd changer or something?

look in the glove box for a small 3.5mm plug , usually on the side or top. im not positive but i know alot of the older ones do have a plug.
