Help with cabro roof - it wont go down :(
 

I have just collected a 2004 clk 320 cabrio.

I am trying to put the roof down - but a message is showing on the panel "close boot / ski"

I have checked the boot, and all appears to be fine !!

what am i doing wrong -

YOU MUST GRAB THE HANDLE WITH THE PALM OF YOUR HAND FACING UP, THEN PULL DOWN TOWARD THE BACK OF THE CAR, THAT SHOULD DO IT. UNLESS YOU HAVE A BAD SWITCH.

not sure what to tell you, if it says boot/ ski thats the thing in the trunk that you need to pull down......??? not sure its hard to explain or describe without pictures. you say that it worked for you earlier?? i would try to pull down the partition in the trunk again. make sure its fully engauged.
