Red face 430 has bigger motor

The obvious difference is the motor in the 320, is a 3.2L V6. The 430 has a 4.3 L V8. Do a Wiki on each and you can read the differences first hand.

i have a 350 and love it. Engine and exhaust sounds mean and plenty of power. Well, the more the better I suppose.

Are you buying new or certified? It really comes down to the obvious.. engine size, but then with the 430 keep in mind sometimes you get more gadgets in the car, like the 320 may have some blank buttons here and there.. if you're shopping for used, you can find tonnes of different configurations to suit your needs. Even look out for the AMG package on some 350 models. In fact go in the middle and consider the 350.. it's awesome! Comfort and Sport mode, with the push of a button into Sport and the car just roars... And the AMG kit on some certified models is easy to find and fully loaded with all the toys inside.. the car drives like a dream.. MB did it right with the CLK 2006-2009 for sure..

Also, if practicality is not an issue, gas consumption on the 350 is quite high.. consider that, the 430 will be considerably higher..

Thanks for your response, I will be going used.. and certified. I think close to 25 hwy is excellent for the style. Im leaning to the 430 but am not sure yet. Im lookin at the 2000,-2004 mods. and there are some really beautys out there. the 350 you are speakin of is the newer 320??. Thanks
