Default CLK W208 - Problem with compressor throttle body

Hello to you dear friends,
I have had a problem with my 2001 CLK 200 K 163hp for some time.
I was on vacation and all of a sudden while restarting my vehicle and taking the road I heard a big noise at the intake while accelerating, not knowing what it is I decide to stop and I see nothing that can resemble an exhaust or intake leak.
While driving I realize that I really don't have any peach, I hear my compressor running but the car has turned into an atmo...
By investigating a little more I realize that in the intake I have this valve A111 098 0109 which does not close any more and thus which returns all the air flow in the air box.
I stayed about 500km without compressor and suddenly it came back about a month ago. The throttle box was working normally since then.
But yesterday the valve was still open.
I disassembled, cleaned the contacts etc but nothing to do.

I ordered one on Ebay and its still not solve my problem. The valve is still opening when its hot outside...

Is this a recurring problem on w208 with the M111 EVO engine?
I read on the English forums but it seems to me that they all have a disengageable compressor while I have it running permanently.

Thank you in advance and good day to you.
