I currently own a 2001 CLK 430 with just over 30k miles

There had been problems with the power seat, windows, fuel gauge, and 3 burned light bulbs (fog light, ash tray, dashboard).

Luckily everything was fixed under warranty and I didn't have to pay a penny for it.

Thinking about getting rid of this car as soon as warranty expires.

If your considering a CLK and your a man.. CLK 430 or 55 only. Ultimate chick magnet!!! (smiles). I currently own a 2002 clk 430 silver/blk int w/ 15k miles on it. I, as the previous respondant, have had power seat and cup holder problems.

If you can, try to buy one that is "starmarked" which covers almost everything bumper to bumper until 100,000 miles or 6 or 7 years i believe. The standard and starmark warranty comes w/ fluid and regular maintenance at no add'tl charge.

Just a personal opinion, but i am strictly partial to the old body style 98-02 good luck & write w/ any more ?'s Brian St Paul, MN
