Default CD Changer Installation

OK, I replaced my C230 coupe with a CLK 320 coupe and the former had a CD changer and latter does not. I bought a MB changer on ebay, Model 3010 Part number A203 820 90 89. There are a lot of guys selling the Alpine or Becker units. The installation is allegedly nothing. Need to buy the holder for the glove box but I can find that maybe. Now, installation. There are installation threads on the site but they are for older models and the attachments are no longer openable. (the images) SO, there is a fiber optic cable somewhere that plugs into the unit. I don't know where. "behind the wall hidden" What wall and where? Disconnect the battery according to Alldata which also is not big help. Plug in the fiber optic cable and VOILA! Well maybe. Where is the cable and what are the pitfalls since everyone seems to think that they are all prewired. HELP PLEASE! Given a decent diagram I take apart the whole dash on my other car....a Boxster. Help with Mercedes CLK 2004 with Bose stereo to install the changer. Thanks. Fred of San Diego
