Ive got a 1997 C280 that needs looking at the sparkplugs, wires and ignition coil.

Where is all of that at??

 

First, plugs and coils are not on the radiator, not under driver's seat. They are on top of the engine like any car.

Did you try removing the big black plastic cover with Mercedes Benz logo on top of the engine? Try pulling that straight up.

I assume it is a V6 rather than I6. So 3 cylinders on each side. On top of each cylinder there are square blocks like a tuna can. These are coil packs.

Wires coming out of the coil packs go to the spark plugs....just like any other cars.

If you have not worked on a modern V6 cars with no distributors, please do not start now...for the love of the car.
