Default Tires - MB Policy on leased vehicles

My 2005 C230 Sport Sedan came with Continental Contisport-2 tires and at 21K, my rear tires are already worn out and need replaced. The front one's are in an OK shape but would probably need replaced within another 5K. I'll probably switch to an All-Season radial tires such as Prelli Nero M+S if I have to install new tires... My question to everyone is, what are MB lease policy? Since I am leasing the car and the lease period ends in 9 months before I have to turn the car back in, am I obligated to install new tires before I turn the car back in? I've looked through my lease contract and I haven't been able to find any information on this. Does anyone have any idea?

If you return it with Bald Eagles I bet they will charge you for tires. Replace them with tires of the appropriate size and speed rating and you should be fine.
