Well I took delivery of my new/used C280 4matic on saturday. CPO loaner car with 8400 miles on her and I couldn't be happier. Unfortualately this car does not have the fold down rear seats or the ski bag pass through. I traded in a '98 A4 that had this feature. I carry skis so by next winter I need to find a solution. Anyone have an idea how difficult it woule be to install the pass through? You can fold down the arm rest in the back so you are so close. Just wonder how difficult it might be to install OEM parts. Anyone ever take out the back seat for any reason? Ideas welcome.

Why not get a ski rackfor the roof? Would be a whole lot more cost effective and you could ride 4 in comfort without cutting up your leather from the edges of the skis.
