How would I know if a rim will fit my car before buying it? what do i need to know and do i need to know any dimensions before purchasing a rims for my '99 c230k? any answers would be greatly appreciated.

cant go wider than 8.5 in the front

cant go wider than 9.5 in the back

Perfect offset is ET35mm

19 inches is max diameter.

Now of course you "can" go wider front and rear and you could put on 20"s but i doubt you would want to, or know enough about offsets/tire combos to make it work correctly.

 

What size do you think, is on my car right now (rims are stock)

IMO opinion those wheels are ugly!

check for ebay for cheap wheels (perhaps cheap quality too) watch out for ones made in taiwan and china...
