sleepwalker thanks
I have open the plastic base & view from beneath. There is no leak from the Drain Valve. The leak detected on the opposite end of the Radiator. A small green drop is detected close to the big hose. There is no leak from the hose. This confirms the leak is from Radiator itself. There is greenish substance developing around the leak area.
I have taken 2 pic, which you can see a drop of water developing. One pic is pointed directly below the drop of green water. Is this a small fix?
Also If i need to drain out coolant from the Drain Valve (red colour), will the fluid drain from the tube above this valve? Also how do I flush the coolant? Finally there is an aluminium valve under the engine to remove remaining coolant, where is this exactly located (schematic)?
Kind Regards

so the leak is really coming from the seal where the radiator cooling matrix meet the expansion base.
yes. if you loosen the drain valve, water will flow out from the small outlet tube. no need to completely unscrew the red valve.
flushing the coolant needs recycling machine.
all you can do is remove the coolant, fill pure water to it and run the engine for few minutes till you reach 80 deg celcius. remember to open the a/c heater.
then drain again and put 50/50 mixture.

You mention the seal, is that replaceable/repairable?
Also open the a/c heater, is that turn on the airconditing or the heater?
If I drain out the coolant, I need a tank to catch them, roughly how may litres?
Finally there is an aluminium valve under the engine to remove remaining coolant, where is this exactly located
Some one mention the overflow tank on my radiator is made of plastic? They suggest that it can be repaired using epoxy or resin sealent?
Will the replacement Radiator be also with plastic overflow tank?
Kind Regards

There seem to be wet near the pulleys, near the water pump. Is this a water pump leak or its a normal discharge by the water pump due to cooling system prob (like a leaking Radiator/loss of pressure?)
Can I top up my coolant & drive to my mechanic?

Hi,
The mechanic have now replaced the Water Pump & new Radiator. Question is theRadiator look new from inside the engine bay but externally, where the 2 fans connected is still same. Is that the Air Conditioner/Heater Radiator?
Also mechanic spotted that the engine mount is broken. I know one mount already replace last Aug, coz when car put on reverse it vibrate tremondously, so only 1 mount replace is that the left or right mount. Now this mechanic say "Engine mounts broken". Is it that he observed one broken mount & concluded/assumed the "plural". Whats will occur if that one mount is not replaced?
Kind Regards
