oil leak

I just replaced my Spark Plugs on my C230, and one time after having the dealer change my oil the filler cap was not on properly.
I noticed the leak and corrected the cap and found little oil on my engine top. I wondered how much leaked out. Today, after changing my plugs, I found out where then oil went. The first two plug cavities where full of oil, yes I could not even see the plugs. I siphoned it out and changed the plugs and all is okay.
Not sure of your engine layout but just wanted to share my experience with you. I presume you have a V6 and it may not be possible with yours but there you are.
Good luck.
Cheers,
Trygve

what color is the fluid on the floor ? red/black if red its the trans 13 pin electrical conn most likely, if black check the oil drian plug 13mm bolt make sure its tight and you can see a copper crush washer between pan and drain bolt. if not better ge one!
also remove oil filler cap wipe area clean and reinstall remove plastic covr on engine it puls straight up if you have a v-6 m112 motor chances are the air breather is leaking which was common or the valve cover gasket leaks check a telescoping mirror
check the valve cover where the valve cover meeets head especially rear of head there are two 1/2 circle rubber plugs which wold leaks at times .
