Need some help. Which would you buy?

Been looking for a C Coupe. With my budget it looks like my options are either:

1) 2004 C230 Coupe w/ approximately 45K miles, cloth (it'sbeennearly impossibleto find w/leather!!), Bose, panoramic sunroof
2) 2003 C230 Coupe w/ approximately 30K miles, cloth, panoramic sunroof
or
3) 2003 C320 Coupe w/ approximately 45K miles, leather, Bose, panoramic sunroof( found one for about$2-2.5 K more)

Any help is appreciated!

which did you end up buying? any regrets.. problems? im looking for one of these cars as well..

Buy the C320 Coupe. If I was looking for a Mercedes and it didnt even have leather in it then dont even waste your time and money. Besides the C320 is the quickest and best equipped.
