My C240 has a phone cradle and cord when using ViseeO blue tooth all functions work BUT the radio sound..I can call out from my steering but cannot hear replies. No sound. Have obtained new Cord and cradle.The cradle is mounted on the dash board (Genuine Mercedes item)
I am looking where the connection is in the dash board is it behind the radio?
or elsewhere can anyone assist me? Thanks Eugen
