Well Bela I don't know what totell you. I have a C240 2002 and I haven't had any issues with it, though your car is the firstmodel of the new C class generation. You should know that you never buy the first model of the new generation of any car. They usually find and fixany problems on thefollowing year.

The moral of the story as with any car is make sure that you have a good warranty from the garage you bought it from . Have you tried contacting mercedes direct and telling them of your woes. They are very good at giving you refunds if you can prove that it is a premature failure. Have you had the car serviced by a registered mercedes Dealer. Sounds to me like you have just got a runt car.
