I replaced the module and I bought it from eBay a used one and that solved the problem. This is the module that controls the ABS system and one needs to buy the right part with the right part number, which can be obtained from one's old part.

After following all the previous advice, cleaning all the sensors, and measuring the battery voltage, it occurred to me to wonder what's in the circuit between the battery and the ABS module...
The fuses!
I removed each fuse, cleaned it with sandpaper, and cleaned it with contact cleaner.
Miracle Cure!
No more ESP ABS lights.
