My left turn signal in my 2003 C240 stopped working a while back...I know there is an upgrade for the harness, which I'm ok paying the $40/light...but the stealership wants $105 in labor--so to upgrade both of my turn signals it would cost me close to $200!!! Is there another alternative?

I fixed mine by running a new ground wire to the socket, then hooking it to the ground block on the fender. Usually you can tell which terminal is the ground (because it will be melted) but you should test it out to be positive. I soldered and heat shrunk the connections, used the same color wire as factory, you can't even tell and haven't had a problem since.
