I have a 97 c230 there are couple burnt out lights inside the instrument panel. Could someone please show me how to remove the panel.

Have any of you sucessfully replaced lights behind the instrument panel? Ive done this in other car's, but those directions make it look like a potential disaster!

 

nah its real easy evlwok.
i did it on my car a few times now,
i even put bulb condoms over my main dash lights to change the color now there a real nice blue color.
i also changed my clock bulb as it was blown.
its not too hard to follow, the hardest part is getting the dash uncliped ant to move towards the back of the car, it needs a good wack to free it.
you should be fine

 

i have seen those bulb condom over the bulbs but i didn't know you can actually buy it?

 

you shud be able to get them from one ot those generic auto shops, that sell oil filters and oil and cheap tools and stereos etc.
