A person in my office owns a 2001 C240. When he enters his car, it automatically adjusts the seat and steering wheel. The adjustment for the steering wheel no longer works because the plastic screw that adjusts the column is broken or stripped. He asked the MB dealer to replace as a warranty issue but they refused. The part cost nothing so he wants to know if anyone knows how to replace the darn thing, has a photo or schematic drawing?
