How to play movies on my Comand unit?

I've got a 2006 C320 sport estate with a comand unit in it - I am told that there is a way of playing dvd movies on it. Does anyone knowif there is a special setup thatI need to use todo this as it currently will not play dvds?

You can only play dvds while you are in park, only if your c is equipped.
