Hey does anybody know how to take out old stings and install new ones?

 

Jack Stands, Floor Jack, Spring compressor, Service manual, Common sense, & don't rush the job.

I've put Eibach springs and TIEN spring/strut combo's in Mustang, Camaro's, BMW's, and a Cavailer... soon to be a Merc as well. Get a good manual (factory one recommended) and READ it thoroughly on the process. If it sounds doable, go for it; else job it out. The springs store a tonne of energy and will hurt you if your not careful.

You will need to schedule an alignment afterward as it might change the geometry of the suspension a little.
