How does one remove the power seat switch (driver) on a '98 c230??

How does one remove the power seat switch (driver) on a '98 c230??

My power seat works well except for the up/down for the seat-cushion. I checked the fuses, and inspected the wiring, and I cannot find another problem. I think it's just the switch just needs the contacts cleaned, but I CANNOT seem to get that cover off!!!

If anyone knows, please help!!

Check molax connector and wires under the seat first. unplug, shake, and replug. also while unplugged, try to apply 12v directly to the corresponding motor.

Yeah, I tried that. I really pretty thoroughly checked and inspected everything under the seat. Thanks for the response!!
