same subject line ...
I have owned a '99 C230 Kompressor for a few weeks now. Love it! I running 21.5 MPG on my second tank (92 Premium) going to / from work which most is on freeway at 40-60 MPH speeds.
65k
almost new michelin
car runs very well
I try very hard keeping my foot out of the supercharger; however, it slips when I see another benz on the hwy from time to time.
Does this sound about right MPG or should I think about getting the MAF replaced in the near future?

21.5 on the freeway at 65 sounds low to me, but as you know, driving habits and cars are different across the board.
My 05 C230K can get well over 30 at a steady....I said STEADY.....65mph on a trip. And high twenties when I vary the
speed. City is mid-twenties somewhere. Constant stop and go makes it hard to get a reliable figure for me on that one.
PS>car has 110,000 miles on it now.
