Hi! I have a 2007 C230 Sport that has a problem, the seatbelt on the driver side would not extend form the rest position. It will take you lot of times and tries before it can be pulled out from the rest position. Does anyone knows what could be the possible cause?

Any idea how it will cost me if i will bring it to the dealership for repair? Would appreciate your reply. Thanks!
