Hi all im hoping somebody else has come across this issue I have on my dads cl 500 08 issues are radio-command not tuning into radio stations ie screen power ups nav works but no volume cd works but no volume tried the reject reset on unit checked all fuses in the five boxes ive found.. does the bars on the top of screen show up like a mobile reception on phone ??? cause its not showing anything just five boxes but none of them are black to indicate reception it seems like some sort of amp or airel wires come out my dad has been carrying about a few crates of beer in boot is it possible its knocked something out ?? shall I remove boot linings to check also any fuses to search for when im in there ?? really appreciate ur help all also were are the main airel points-antenna points to check for please

 

would my fault be with the splitter in the boot do u think ?

 

also any tips on removal of plastic surround around command unit ? and how to gain access to antenna too please guys if poss
