Default Can’t access headlight bulb for replacement. W205

Yes I realize I’m a novice but want to replace current halogen OEM bulbs. There is absolutely no room to work. I can hardly get the dust cap off and then can’t see the connector to remove and replace current bulb.
Probably rhetorical but why is access so difficult to merely DIY bulb replacement? Why is a luxury car albeit lower line still made with halogens?
Any tips?

I think the answer is that Mercedes would prefer that you bring in your car for them to work on rather than you doing the work yourself - who knows the real answer though?

You might want to try searching on youtube. There are some handy hints on W205 bulb replacements.

Just my $.02 worth.

For the same reason that the color of the buttons on the dashboard and ***** is quickly erased.
The sound of valves coming into the room sounds like a diesel engine.
Oil and air filters are difficult to separate.
