Default C320 Driver's Side Controls

Some of the controls on the driver's side doors (power windows, power seats) have stopped working correctly. The power window switch will lower the windows but not raise them back up. I can use the infared control on the key to get the windows back up or in the case of the passenger seat, that windows control will work. Also the power seat controls have stopped working.

I've checked the fuses and they all seem fine.

Any ideas on what to do?

Thanks!

Definitely not a push strength issue. Yes, the switches for windows, drivers seat, and steering wheel adjustment all on the driver's door seem to have gone at the same time -- but again, the window switches work to go down, but not up. The other controls I mentioned don't do anything at all.

Other than being old, there's no obvious cause (e.g. no one was messing with it prior).

Is there a reset for these? I remember this happening with my sunroof and I was able to reset it by holding the switch for 30 seconds. I've tried the same with the windows but to no avail.

Thank you.

as far as the seat and steering wheel, that alot of the time is related to each other, like i said a plug under the seat, there are 2 or 3 plugs in the front that you can visibly see and there are about 5 or 6 at the back under the seat all the connectors are color coded. they plug into the seat control module under the seat, maybe check them too. try to move the seat in all postions not just forward and back, but try up and down and also try the backrest, sometimes they loose normalization and sometimes only a few of the controls will work. try to mabe unplug the connectors at the front of the seat and plug back in?? hard to say over the computer and without looking at it myself you know? could also just be a faulty door control module in the door behind the door panel.

Thanks, I'll recheck these seat connections.

Can the door panel be removed by using a screw driver to snap off of the door??

I appreciate your quick help on this.

torx head not sure of the size, srew under the airbag badge, 2 under the door grab handle( cover pops off handle) must remove triangle speaker too. then just pry under panel to remove panel and sort of lift off door. unscrew lock ****.

Thanks. I was able to get the door panel off and confirmed all of the connections. Still flakey. And by flakey, I mean that sometimes when I'm using the control to close the window (which it won't do) it opens the window more. Could it be a computer or relay issue?

Thanks.

California...
