Hi,

would anyone please explain me what do I need to buy/install to be able to make phone call using my steering wheel?

I have 2002 C320 and Motorola RAZR.

When I press the Phone control in the car - it says NO PHONE. I'm pretty sure I don't have any kits installed in my car.

You need a bluetooth adapter which comes with a hefty price tag. You can go to eurocarphone.com or your best bet would be to go on EBay, i saw some that werent too bad in price.
