C280 Heater Core

I need to replace a heater core on my daughter's '94 C280. Can anyone help with advice, service manual instructions, or pictures. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you...

i would like to but it involves so many things.

you got to remove the air inlet, dashboard, intake covers, water collector, instrument cluster, center console, floor coverings, passenger airbag, steering jacket tube, air ducts, vacuum lines at cockpit separation, and some electrical connector such as blower.

I think the heater core in my wife's 1997 C280 needs replaced too. We're getting a strong antifreeze smell lately when we turn it on. The job pays 14.7 hours at the dealer so I'm thinking it's not a DIY kinda thing unfortunately.

Now I stop wondering why so many older car in California drives with heater core by-passed.
