Hi guys and girls

Problem with the new car.

Just took delivery of my new C Class, 2009 model, and from rest to about 2000 rpm the car has a very bad flat spot, lasts about 1-2 seconds. Caught me out a few times and have pi**ed off a few drivers cause it doesnt pick up and nearly had one in the side today.

The car is auto, have tried it in manual, sport and comfort mode with A/C on and off and no difference,

Please, any ideas
