I changed the battery on C180 2 days later rear electric window dropped overnight and would not lift up.Then all windows would go down but not up without continually pressin button until they lifted ,all except the rear window which I had to seal up with polythene.
Early the next morning I was awoken by the alarm going off, I could not use the key fob so had to enter car with manual key, only to find a terrible smell of burning coming from the rear of the car. I immediately disconnected the battery, could not see where burning smell was coming from,Has anyone any ideas where to start?
