At last finally found the problem why my aux/engine fan doesnt turn

my compressor ac was replaced and also the refrigerant pressure switch was replaced

the mechanic tried to put r134a but the system wont fill to spec but it made the fan turn but no cool/cold was comming out from the aircon vents

and later on that night tried to run the engine while the car was reaching peak temperature the fan wont turn again

the system was vacuumed and went into a leak test

and the blower doesnt blow air on low speed

i did the reset while holding both buttons of recirc and defrost and lights starts blinking but still no avail

put oil in the new ac compressor but wont take refrigerant to its spec


what could be the prob ?
