Several thousand dollars for the light if not more if you buy them thru Mercedes, and labor, hard to say, from what I read about this mod, it takes a while to do.

go to www.performanceproducts.com and click on their Mercedes catalog, they sell the Xenon light conversations kits, and they ain't cheap. If your want the look and have the money that is OK, but if you need more light at night get a set of Sylvania Silver Star hologen bulbs, they light up the nite like day. I have poor night vision and got these bulbs and I have very little problems seeing well now night driving.

It is usually the most expensive way to go. That is, adding a factory option from the dealer after taking delivery of your car.
My car came with Xenon High Intensity Discharge headlamps. While I'd not pay to convert to them, I really enjoy having them.

SilverStar is really good. But keep a set of spares in the glove box because they do NOT last long.

The proper bulbs are listed in your owner's manual. You should replace all the bulbs. Not only the headlights, but the fog lamp bulbs as well. Don't be disappointed if you don't see a huge difference... because you won't. There is a little difference, however.

Why not just go to AutoZone or PepBoys or such and get them? They're easy to find and you won't have to wait for UPS to delivery them. They'll also probably be cheaper than ordering from the manufacturer.
