Hello all,
Today my audio system just stopped working in my 2005 C230 Kompressor. There is no sound coming out the speakers, no buzzing or beeping as if the speakers have blown out. And its not acknowledging the CDC. I'm getting the message "NO CDC" when its loaded in and full of discs. I'm also not getting the option to change from surround sound to normal. That feature is completely gone off the menu. The display is fine, its recognizing the CD inserted into the dash, but no sound is coming out and I'm sure the speakers are fine. Dealership wants $200 off the bat just to diagnose the problem. Any suggestions or possible alternatives fixes?
