So my cars been pissing me off a lot lately n making me miss my old piece of **** I had. [sm=sigh.gif]
It’s a c230 kompressor. I feel like every week there’s a new problem and when I take it to my MB dealer to get it fixed they never really fix it right.

i.e: 1. engine’s been loud and noisy - went and got it “fixed” and three days later the noise is back. The damn thing rattles! [sm=wtf.gif]
2. This stupid creaking sound coming from the back on bumps was never fixed even though car was in service for 2 days for this problem

And NOW:
My fricking AC isn’t working. There’s just no air coming out from the vents…

PLUS the acceleration after the car’s stopped SUCKS-in my opinion. Sometimes the car jerks pretty violently before it actually moves

Did I mention I’m sick of going to the dealer every week with a new problem especially when I always run into the same grumpy *** rude person that works there
I’ve had this car for less than a year and I’m kinda regretting getting it
It’s a bitch to maintain and keep getting serviced…
But I have a warranty on it so service isn’t costing me yet

Seriously, though, here are some thoughts about what's going on.

If you have the liberty of taking it to another dealership, do it. As long as your car is under factory warranty you have to right to take it wherever you want. Tell them you're not satisfied with the work done elsewhere and you want the car repaired properly. If that doesn't work, call Mercedes of North America and get a customer service person on the line and complain. Don't be rude, just state your case and tell them that this treatment isn't acceptable. You kill more bees with honey than with vinegar. Don't yell. It will only bring everything to a standstill and you don't want that.

Squeaks and rattles MUST be witnessed by the Service writer or a mechanic while you are in the car and they can hear
them. Telling them there's a noise somewhere doesn't work. They'll just say they can't hear it or find it. One or the other.
IF they hear it with you in the car, then it's THEIR responsibility to find it.

Your A/C blower is not blowing ANY air at all? How about when you turn it to heat? Nothing? Then it's probably the
blower motor regulator......mine was just replaced. It's a small little thing that's attached to the blower motor under the
passenger side of your dash that controls the blower motor. When it fails, you get nothing or intermittent operation of the
blower motor. Part is about 150 if you do it yourself, or 175-200 if you don't. But you are under warranty, so don't worry
about it. Labor is about an hour, but again, under warranty it is covered.

Again, don't ever TELL them what you need. Tell them the problem and let THEM decide what is wrong. Put the responsibility on them or this will come back to bite you in the ***.

Depending on the severity it's normal. But it could be a lot of things
