Hi, I have a 2003 C240 and since it recently got cold here, I started turning on the heater throught the floor vents only. Well, the other day it was hot again (Texas weather..) so I turned it to AC and wanted the air to just be out of the main vents...well, it seems like the flap won't shut for the floor vents. No matter how I set the direction dial, air still comes out of the floor vents (this is annoying). Any suggestions?? This car has been nothing but one thing after another...

welcome to the dark side of mercedes benz. i have similar issues in my C220, when i select auto for AC/Heater, it just comes out of one place
