Hello,
The mirror selector part of the mirror switch (pictured below) in my '98 C280 is broke. I am no longer able to switch the mirror sides. The best I can find is to replace the entire master switch (pricey proposition). Any one ever tried to take apart the switch itself and see if it can be fixed? I'm thinking it might just be a broken spring, or maybe something gumming it up. I have not pulled it yet, but am wondering if someone may have already done this.
