An option has come upon me to buy a running driving rust free coupe. But its european thats been converted to american. 800 cash title in hand. My question is what are the diffrences other than bumpers and superficial parts, how different are the electrical systems and so forth? And should i get it because i the price is right and I like the look. Ive also heard there arent many is that true?

he has only had the car 3 months so he was probably lied to himself he is a close friend and wouldnt pull a fast one on me so was it a scam to try to get a bit more cash out of the buyer at the time or what?
