6 Disc CD Changer 05 C230K.
 

2005 C230 K. 6 disc CD changer in glove box. Message "scanning magazine" and blue circle keeps spinning on screen. Any ideas? Laser lens needs to be cleaned? Or, does the whole unit need to be changed out? Thanks for any help.

It may be just a cleaning, but it sounds like the optical pickup is not working. You could contact United Radio Service, they work on those and could probably advise you a little better. Their number is 1-800-448-0944
