Have a 2002 C240. Took it through the car wash today as as soon as I exited, the instrument panel said a door was open. I stopped, opened and closed all doors, continued on my way. Two blocks down, same error msg came. Then, the dome light switched on for about 30 seconds, then turned off. When I could stop again, I opened/closed all doors, windows, trunk, sunroof, got back in car-- error msg came on again. So did dome light.

Also, usually, all doors will lock once I engage the transmission into drive and then all doors will unlock once parked and the driver door opens. None of this happens now. I'm worried. Any ideas? Suggestions?

 

keep on pressing the door lock switch for 10 seconds.

if you got multifunction steering wheel, set it from the menu.
